Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, serve food & drinks and train other servers on service standards. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced environment
- Help coordinate server sections, side work, and shift duties
- Support and guide servers throughout the shift
- Assist with training new team members
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Communicate closely with management, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and alcohol-safety standards are followed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience required
- Leadership or shift-lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sports-bar environment
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events
